QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering 

 • 1-2 years of experience in productive field is an asset 

 • Knowledge of MS Office programs (especially good knowledge of MS Project program), 

• Having a good knowledge of English, 

 • Good communication skills, 

• Having knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma are an asset, 

• Having analytical thinking capability, decision making and problem solving ability, 

• Live/Willing to live in or close to Eskişehir. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Machinery & equipment Investment and layout planning, 

• Technical specification preparation, installation and release for machineries,

 • Machine capacity planning and tracking, 

• Q Improvements, modifications at machineries/processes, 

• Technical support for rationalization and productivity Project, 

• Implementation of standart time/MTM analysis on the assembly lines, 

• Implementation of line balancing activities in the factory, 

• Leading/team member for the mid & high complexity projects (Core Project; being a team member for a new market entrance Project from engineering side). 

• Analysing overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and performing/leading continuous improvement projects (CIP) within cross-sectional teams to eliminate losses, 

• Take active role in new product projects, 

• Planning, implementation and reporting of production related Production System (Lean Manufacturing) tools, 

• Conducting time measure of production working phases and sub-phases, 

• Analysing gaps between theoretical data and manufacturing current data and investigating the causes, 

 • Take responsibility for P- FMEA moderation/tool improvement and coordination, 

• Organize and report for Project Review Meetings, 

• Analysing manufacturing execution methods to increase efficiency and optimize operator workload, 

• To do ergonomy analysis of operations and improve the situation, 

• Analysing production flow and supporting Lean Manufacturing projects.
