QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist:

Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduated candidates should have a bachelor degree in Economics and Social Sciences / Business Administration or relevant fields. 
• At least 3 years of significant HR experience.
• Must have strong written and oral communications skills in English. 
• Strong analytical ability to solve problems and the ability to learn quickly.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively on all levels in the organization.
• High persuasion and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to prepare and give presentations.
• Organizing and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and enjoy working with others;

Job Description:
• Develops and maintains HR knowledge and practices relevant to Company principles, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Ensures on-going compliance with defined Company processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations, and predefined agreements. May include a review of policies or standards to ensure compliance or design of new policies/ standards if appropriate.
• Deliver and provide guidance to other employees in all departments to enhance team performance, culture, and diversity.
• Manage recruitment processes.
• Supporting the HR Manager to implement the HR strategy ensuring HR calendar of activities is achieved within timelines.
• Supporting the recruitment process as and when required.
• Prepare employee and workforce reports.
• Take part in all HR processes within the business.
•  Supports the HR Department in the recruitment and job offers, performance development, and career planning processes.
• Takes an active role in the review and update of processes.
