İŞ TANIMI

Serve as the Guest Relations Manager and oversee all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.

. BA/BSc in Hospitality management or related field.

. Excellent command on both verbal and written in English and Turkish.

. Additional languages are beneficial.

. Minimum of 2 year experience in Guest Relations fields in luxury hotel brand.

. Previous luxury hotel experience as manager position is preferred.

. Ability to work on weekends.

. Coordinate guest requirements with other departments and follow up to ensure all queries are handled to maximum satisfaction.

. Making arrangements for resort operated activities, restaurants, tours and other experiences.

. Audits on all guest experience as necessary.

. Handle specific guest requests, complaints, and suggestions and follow through to maximize the service standard.

. Relay guest complaints to related department without any delay, and follow up and report the solution provided.

. Ensure the room is prepared according to the guest preference.

. Ensure that all concerned departments have the guest history information.

. Ensure all special requests and preferences has been met as per the guest profile.

.Provide immediate assistance to guests as requested.

. Maintain high visibility in public areas during peak times.
