Key Qualifications 

• Mechanical Engineering Graduate,

• 5 Years Industrial Plant Maintenance experience, preferably on mining experience,

• Experienced on CMMS systems (SAP PM module is a plus),

• Having a solid understanding of Maintenance Planning and Scheduling,

Experienced in leading a team of Engineers and Technicians,

• Experienced in Reliability-based maintenance practices.

Job Description

·  Building Daily, Weekly, and long term maintenance plans in cooperation with Mechanical Maintenance and Operations departments. Reviewing the plans, revising and notifying all affected parties.

·  Making sure that work orders in the daily plan is handed over to the Mechanical Maintenance Department and completed orders delivered.

·  Ensure the consumables and spare parts that are required to be used are stocked and available.

·  Sustaining the plant reliability by building a Reliability Maintenace Plan and tracking that it is followed and executed. Keeping the Reliability Reports for the reach of related individuals.

·  Doing RCA for the failures to prevent repetitive break downs.

·  Following and fulfilling the legal requirements and keeping the inspection reports.

·  Identifying the training needs of the subordinates, demanding to supply either internal or external resources to execute the training.

·  Maintaining the tools, vehicles, and devices in good condition that are under his/her responsibility.

·  Assisting the Mechanical Maintenance Department to keep the workshop and workplaces safe, tidy and in order. Participating/organizing walk through’s, to identify and mitigate the deficiencies.

·  Making sure all the work done is in line with laws and company procedures.
