QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Material Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering etc.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in all aspects in procurement and supply chain operations.
- To provide the needed materials within the scope of the quality, price and timing in order to support production, to hit the target delivery dates.
- To control and provide necessary actions in order to keep the defined stock levels in system, efficient inventory management in order to support production.
- To analyze and report stock movements, in order to keep the right stock value in the inventory.
- To find out the needs which may possibly occur, question and follow up the status of the order from the suppliers in order to keep the delivery targets to our customers.
- To follow up the status of the goods needed ordered by other intercompanies in order to support the global purchasing team.
- To define the price of the goods into the system and check the invoices actualized in order to provide an efficient material cost management.
- To bring up alternative suppliers; in order to bring material cost reduction.
- Taking actions on processes of supply chain management in order to improve the process efficiency.
- To visit suppliers periodically to auditing purposes and improve cooperation.
- Very good command of English.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications (especially MS Excel), and SAP
- Positive and effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical minded, detail orientated and able to take initiative, strong follow up skills
- Self-disciplined and multi-tasked,
- No military obligation for male candidates
