• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years experience in quality systems, preferably experience in AS9100 or aviation/transportation/aerospace industry,
• Preferably experience in quality modules of an ERP system,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Strong time-management and organizational skills,
• Strong problem-solving skills, keen in details with a self-disciplined personality,
• Strong communication and presentation skills,
• Ability to travel as required,
• Military obligation must be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Examining Part 21 and Part 145 regulations and AS9100 standard in details as content, purpose, concept and requirements, interpreting and assisting to Quality Manager regarding the establishment a Quality Management profile that can be applied in the company,
• Assisting to Quality Manager regarding the establishment Quality Management System structure and the management of documents according to company structure and strategies,
• Releasing, keeping under control, revising and maintaining the QMS documentation,
• Assisting to Quality Manager to provide awareness and developement of the quality,
• Reporting the activities, effectiveness, KPIs and issues that must be needed to improve of Quality Management System,
• Prepearing, following up and coordinating the application of internal audit plans, documenting the findings of internal audits, interpretating of the results and assisting to Quality Manager on defining the issues needed the improvment or detected as nonconformities,
• Coordinating the management review meetings, prepearing the application plan of the decisions, following up the results and keeping records,
• Keeping the records of the related technical standards and revising.
