We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for managing various social media properties, providing marketing and advertising coordination and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable social media presence and at least 3 years experience managing social media in a business setting.

Responsibilities:

• Execute creative social campaigns across a variety of social media platforms
• Grow awareness for and reinforce the legitimacy of our gaming portals
• Maintain the Gaming content publishing calendar for cross-departmental use
• Write social copy, respond to comments, engage our users
• Implement social growth tactics that increase video views, time spent, and engagement
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, game experience will be prefable
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media best practices
• Strong knowledge of digital support channels, including social media networks, social messaging apps, chat, community forums and e-mail
• Strong background in managing communities is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
