We are looking for a Warehouse Design Engineer who is interested in designing and implementing innovative solutions to complex fulfillment problems, automated material handling equipment and process improvement projects.

Warehouse Design Team is responsible for all aspects of process & layout design, architectural background, material flow, equipment design and/or selection, racking and automation systems, successful implementation and handover of fulfilment centers and sorting hubs to the operations.

Team is also responsible to manage continuous improvement projects to improve overall efficiency and utilization of current facilities and operations. Warehouse Design Team assures to provide qualitative solutions in limited time and aims to improve overall performance and effectiveness of the processes. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

·         University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background,

·         0-3 years relevant work experience,

·         Knowledge and interest in AutoCAD, MS SQL, Excel

·         Strong project management skills,

·         Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn,

·         Excellent written and spoken fluency in English,

·         Military service is postponed or completed.

YOUR CHALLENGE

·         Understanding operational requirements, analyzing data and drawing innovative solutions.

·         Communicating with vendors and internal parties.

·         Providing project documents such as process description, layout drawings, detailed technical documentations, structured project plan and schedule. Making sure internal and external parties are coordinated and up to date.

·         Communicating with IT to integrate the designed processes with related systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System).

·         Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports.
