QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In Turkey, as a part of a large family spread across 10 different countries and 25 locations with 100% Japanese capital, Toyotetsu is looking for a new teammate for the position of "Assistant Manager of Organizational Development."

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from related fields : Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources,
  • Minimum 5 years of total professional experience (prefably minimum 2 years of team-managing position) in Organizational Development or Human Resources focused on recruitment, talent management, performance assesment, brand management, corporate communication,
  • Having a good command of job analysis and job evaluation methods,
  • Highly competent in written and spoken Turkish, detail-oriented in spelling and grammar,
  • Minimum upper-intermediate level (B2) in written and spoken English,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office programmes,
  • Plus to have competent level of HRM softwares, data analytics programmes (PowerBI, Pyhton)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, coaching, presentation skills,
  • Strong facilitation skills. Highly organized for planning and coordination,
  • Open to learn and share with continuous improvement perpective.


Key Accountabilities

  • Plan, carry out, set KPIs, monitor and report on recruitment, performance assesment, promotion, rotation, corporate communication processes,
  • Organizing and monitoring company and departments' policy & target process,
  • Analyzing organizational change needs and developing solutions,
  • Carrying out job analysis, job description, business process design and re-organization studies within the scope of human resources and company policy & vision,
  • Carrying out internal and external communication and representation activities to protect and adopt the company culture,
  • Developing projects for process efficiency, improving the decision mechanism and partnering the whole company organization in its efforts,
  • Benchmarking best practices on HR/OD and managing changes,
  • Training the team to make a sustainable strong organization.
