As Toyota Boshoku Türkiye, we are looking for a “Safety Specialist” working in the HSE Department, located in Adapazarı (Sakarya).

Job Description

Your Tasks will be:

• Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide safety programs
• Conduct and follow-up routine health, safety and hazard inspections of company facilities
• Analyse incident reports for trends; make corrective recommendations regarding unsafe conditions and actions
• Ensure Toyota Boshoku Plant Management System is followed and deployed to all departments/production areas
• Support members & operations regarding machinery and equipment safety
• Participate Europe Group Meetings such as Safety, Ergo. etc.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering or other related disciplines (Environment or Mechanical Engineering is preferred)
• C or B Class Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor
• Written and spoken fluency in English
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in safety preferably in automotive sector
• Machinery Safety and Fire experience is preferred
• Advanced computer skills; excellent users of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, fast in action but with detailed planning
• Able to work well in a collaborative team environment
• B class driving license with experience is preferred
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Residing/ able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli
