Process Engineer

We are hiring a Process Engineer with below qualifications: 

• Graduated from Industrial /Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive Engineering Department
•  Solid background in the field of materials & manufacturing methods
•  Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
•  Advanced level of English both in written and verbal skills
•  Good communication skills and acting in proactive manner as a team player
•  Eager to take responsibility and initiative
•  Strong problem solver familiar with root cause analysis techniques
•  Resident in İzmit or Sakarya
•  Driving license and active driving skill (B Grade)
•  Able to travel abroad for business trips

 Ideal candidate will be responsible for following items: 

•  Assess and analyze current manufacturing processes and make recommendations to improve the efficiency of manufacturing
•  Devise and implement cost saving measures
•  Track and analyze inventory records
•  Educate, train and supervise new employees on current manufacturing and workflow processes
•  Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
•  Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas to implement Kaizen
