Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years in Industrial Maintenance experience,
• Experience on computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably SAP PM
• General knowledge about mechanical and electrical systems,
• Experience on hydraulic circuits, mechanical & pneumatic systems.
• CAD/CAM software knowledge is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Able to travel abroad for training/business,
• Aged below 30
• Driving license with experience
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Having experience with IATF-16949 Quality System is plus
• Living or able to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli

Job Description:

• Ensuring maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety, risk management, environment, health and regulatory rules,
• Running the existing maintenance system and contributing to improvement of it according to department targets and company group standards,
• Planning and conducting planned, periodic and predictive maintenance activities,
• Evaluation and implementation of new predictive or preventive maintenance techniques,
• Creating and monitoring machines and plants maintenance instructions and standards,
• Following planned maintenance and malfunction KPI's, takes necessary actions to improve the system,
• Participating in the improvement of production and energy efficiency projects,
