As Toyota Boshoku Türkiye, we are looking for a “Fire Safety Specialist (Contractor)” working in the HSE Department, located in Adapazarı (Sakarya).

Job Description

Your Tasks will be:

• Conduct and monitor qualitative and/or quantitative risk assessments to determine fire risks
• Participate in collaborative meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance, information and advice on fire safety
• Put in use international procedures for necessary maintenance/repair of fire protection and fire alarm system equipment on site
• Have active responsibility in large and small fire protection & fire alarm systems projects
• Follow-up & implement NFPA, EN and local legislation requirements on site
• Manage fire protection and fire alarm systems budgets
• Review the design information (drawings, renderings, specifications) and provide fire safety comments and recommendations
• Participate in root cause investigations regarding fire incidents and problems

• Degree in Occupational Safety or graduation from Firefighting Vocational Schools or other related disciplines
• Fire Safety certificate is a must
• Knowledge of national and international fire safety rules
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in safety and fire management preferably in manufacturing sector
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Autocad applications
• Have strong presentation and reporting skills
• Have an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively with all teams
• Effective in responding to emergencies
• B class driving license with experience is preferred
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Flexible for domestic travel between Sakarya and Düzce plants
• Residing/ able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli
