We're looking for an new R&D Technical Support Specialist!

Qualifications;

• Chemical Engineering, Chemistry degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to solve technical problems and analytical thinking.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferably SAP knowledge.

Job Description;

• To conduct customer visits related to domestic and international periodic, technical, sample tests, complaint evaluations/examinations, product presentations, and theoretical and/or practical training.
• Provide effective and prompt solutions to customer requests and issues.
• Present and explain technical details of our products to customers.
• Actively participate in R&D projects, collaborating within the team.
• Provide feedback in product development processes.
