We're looking for Production Engineer  for our factory in Manisa.

Toyo Printing Inks, which has a wide product range of printing inks and auxiliary products for all kinds of printing techniques, performs its manufacturing activities in Colour Making Centres in İstanbul as well as the new plant it established in Manisa in 2010.

1- Newspaper and Magazine Inks (Web Offset Inks)

2- Offset Inks (Sheet-Fed Inks)

3- Serigraphy Inks

4- Flexo and Rotogravure Inks (Liquid Inks)

5- Metal Packaging Systems (Can Coating Systems)

6- Lamination Adhesive

Main requirements are ;  

The successfull candidate should have a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering,

S/he should have minimum 4 years of experience in production or process environment of a

chemical industry,

Military service should be completed for male candidates,

Knowledge in MS Office appliacations,

Preferrably experienced in SAP ERP system,

Fluency in English is a must,

Ability in problem solving and decision making,

Results oriented, strong in monitoring the tasks and high communication skills,

Adept in data collection and data analysis,

Disciplined in regular reporting,

Knowledge and experience in Health and Safety, Environment and Quality Systems.

Job Description:

Planning, organizing and managing 24-hour production operations, managing quality, reworks, processes, and services for delivery, during and at the end of the production, in line with suitable production standards,

Working collobratively with local functions and services including EHS, quality, engineering, maintenance, operations planning and logistics,

Analysing production data by daily/weekly/monthly evaluation, investigating abnormalities and reporting the results,

Taking active role in productivity and process improvements,

Working in and managing cost reduction and quality improvement projects,

Managing and motivating production team.
