What You Will Need to do Your Job?
- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related areas
- Maximum 6 years of working experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of financial experience in similar positions, preferably in oil distribution/energy sector
- Big 4 audit background
- Good knowledge in IFRS, budgeting and management reporting
- SAP knowledge is highly prefered
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
- Self motivated, flexible and result-oriented
- Proactive approach for problem resolution
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must have capacity to work independently, to understand the priorities and to work with multiple teams
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluency in English

JOB DESCRIPTION
For our growing organization we are looking for a new ‘Financial Analyst’ who will provide budgeting, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis within the Finance department of Total Oil Türkiye.
What We Expect from You?
Financial Planning
- Preparation of annual budget and management of data collection process
- Analytical review of business units’ budgets and controlling the integrity of the company budget
- Within the budget process, cope with business scenarios and feasibility analyses for growth, sustainable profitability and effective cost management
- Develop and recommend new key financial and operational metrics for more efficient follow up of budget figures
Financial Reporting
- Preparation of monthly management reports and top management presentations
- Monthly highlights, variance analysis of actual vs budget figures; this includes P&L, product unit profitability, variable and fixed costs, working capital and other KPIs
- Prepare ad hoc studies to raise the performance of the business by providing the insight and information needed to make confident data-driven decisions
Project Management
- Participate in the transition period of the company to full implementation of IFRS 16
- Participate in the establishment and development of a new infrastructure (in SAP or other platforms) for monthly profit center profitability follow up and post investment analysis purposes
- Be the key ERP user in various SAP developments
Other Essential Duties
- Coordination and support of external audits; production of yearly TFRS reports
- Participate in the company’s revaluation process of its all real estates
- Take part in ad-hoc projects as the guide of Finance function
- Supporting other divisions in accounting and management reporting related issues
