QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations,  Human Resources Management or related discipline,
• 8+ years of HR experience, people management and managerial experience at last position,
• Experience in HR fundamentals – Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Organizational Development, Employee Communication and Project Management,
• Good knowledge of local labour laws and payroll processes,
• Excellent written and verbal communication of English,
• PC and MS Office skill is a must,
• High energy to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working with deadlines,
• To have good standard of presentation skills,

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contributing to the creation of human resources strategies and policies
• Taking active role in Performance Management, Orientation, Training, Organizational Development and Recruitment,
• Set up infrastructure for performance management system and practices, developing the related methods according to Company’s strategies
• Determining the annual training needs in coordination with department directors and to ensure the effect-cost analysis
• Wage increase studies, bonus models, etc. development, planning and implementation of remuneration and reward systems,

• To manage the payment process, payroll, accruals related to personal rights such as salary, bonus, advance payments, annual leave, severance pay, overtime..etc,
