QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree from a reputable university (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Min 5  years relevant experience in a similar position in FMCG  Industry
  • CRM and Business Analytics Projects Implementation experience is required
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
  • Project management and cross-functional working experience
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within the wider business.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to look for process improvements and influence change within the team.
  • Be an intuitive team player


  • Responsible from all Business Intelligence projects related with sales and marketing departments.
  • Maintain Mobile Intelligence systems in order to provide a strong decision support system for marketing and sales organization
  • Analyze business needs and customize the systems/processes in order to respond to the changing business environment by direction giving comments and/or contributions
  • Preparing performance reports of field force for all business units,
  • Preparing and presenting monthly sales dashboard for the management team,
  • Preparing regular competitor and market data analysis depending on business unit needs,
  • Preparing field team bonus calculation to the finance department,
  • Lead the design of the fieldforce structure and territories
  • Maintain and adapt the segmentation and targeting model to current business needs
  • Provide Responsible for the local support/ implementation of all sales Tools (CRM, CLM, others)
  • Training and coaching of Field Force in the respective field of expertise
  • Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales force in accordance with the company strategy and routinize KPI reporting
  • Drives continuous insights development and business process optimization for marketing and sales organization
