1. Conducts supply of chemical goods in the required quantity and assortment.

2. searches for suppliers, studies new offers from them.

3. Negotiates with counterparties, discusses, agrees on the order, terms of delivery and concludes contracts.

4. Places orders with suppliers.

5. Carries out the documentation of transactions.

6. Tracks order fulfillment milestones.

7. Exercises control over the fulfillment of the parties' obligations.

8. Participates in the acceptance of goods and execution of relevant documents.

9. Tracks the turnover of goods in the organization, in conjunction with other departments.

10. Establishes categories of goods to be purchased for the needs of the organization.

11. Establishes minimum merchandise balances and promotes the availability of the required amount of merchandise in stock.

12. Implements measures to maintain constant availability of high demand items.

13. Advises buyers on their product groups. Carries out work on complaints.

14. Provides units of the organization with necessary information about goods.

15. Establishes and justifies plans for the purchase of goods.

Must know perfectly English, Turkish.

Experience of at least 3 years in procurement of chemical products.

Must know the basics of chemistry.
