Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering or Science faculties
• Able to work in shifts
• Ability to learn quickly and self-development
• Want to improve themselves in the field of DevOps and System area
• Have an intermediate level of English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Strong  communication and documantation skills
• Male candidates must have completed military service

Big Plus

• Have a knowledge about Cloud, DevOps and Linux systems monitoring
• Have an experience about monitoring tools (ELK, App Insight, Grafana etc.)
• 2 years of experience in similar positions

Responsibilities

• Monitor Cloud systems, applications, databases, and infrastructure for performance and availability.
• Respond to alerts and incidents to resolve technical issues
• Escalade level 3 problems in the systems to the relevant teams and follow-up to process
• 24/7 monitoring of systems
• Documentation of processes, tasks and solutions
