QUALIFICATIONS

THOR is a  successful and expanding multinational manufacturer and distributor of speciality chemicals for the coating, construction chemicals, polymers, personal care, chemical, detergent and plastic industries . We are looking  for enthusiastic candidates   who would like to build a long term carrier at the growing local office in Turkey.

• Should have a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or biology (Technical education  is a must)
• Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in technical sales, preferably in chemical, metal working fluids, construction chemicals, textile auxilaries, water treatment etc
• Required personal qualifications => high sense of responsibility and work ethics, disciplined, organised, problem solver, hard worker, willing to learn and grow...
• Should be fluent in English (both oral and writing skills required)
• Should have a valid driving licence and be willing to travel 
• Must have the military service  completed (for male candidates)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Based in our Istanbul office, s/he will be responsible for conducting sales and marketing activities in various industries includingchemical, metal working fluids, construction chemicals, textile auxilaries, water treatment etc in Turkey and Turkic Republics
• S/he will make customer visits at least 3-4 days/week
• S/he will provide regulatory and technical support to the customers
• S/he will manage the relationships with existing customers and develope and promote new businesses to meet the company objectives in sales, profitability and service quality 
 • S/he will prepare regular sales and visit reports
