QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Group has a strong distribution and multi-brand retail net with two sophisticated boutiques under the name of Tourbillon and Hour Passion. Swatch Group is also an important player in advanced nanomechanical, nano electronic and Bluetooth technologies essential to watchmaking and other industries.


We are looking for "Sales Representative" for our HAMILTON brand.


Responsibilities:


  • The new account development and help expansion of the brand in line with agreed objectives,
  • Ensure that all new products and marketing activities are communicated to his/her account portfolio,
  • Maintain regular face to face visits to each of designated accounts,
  • Ensure regular collection and novelty reviews take place with each customer,
  • Implement staff training programs with each customer,
  • Liaise with all Head Office departments to ensure that the highest level of customer service is achieved for the customer,
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts and objectives for each of designated accounts,
  • Prepare relevant sales reports for evaluation in order to improve performance,
  • Establish good lines of communication with customer, Head Office and management to ensure harmonious work-flow,
  • Create and communicate productive sell-in and sell-out targets,
  • Improve the in-store presentation of the brand within all accounts,
  • Always looking for opportunities to improve points of distribution,
  • Conduct visual merchandising at visits.


Requirements:


  • University degree/ MBA is a plus,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Strong analytic capabilities and result-oriented working ability,
  • High communication and negotiation skills,
  • Fluent in MS Office applications ,
  • Ability to travel,
  • No active military service liability,
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
