Position – Customer Service Representative

We are looking for team mates to work full-time at MTCGAME, serving in the global game industry.

Job Description

Helping customers from overseas via calls and live chat

Providing post-sale support for overseas sales

Providing post-sale support for foreign customers 

Working Conditions

You will be working in shifts  08:00 - 16:30 / 16:30 - 01:00 . Shifts are changing every week. 

Pre-interviews will be made via Zoom. After the recruitment, working from home order will be continue. Performances are continuously measured. We are looking for long-term colleagues, those who consider temporary work are strongly requested not to apply. If necessary,  contract will be made.

Our team will give the necessary training to you. Experience in this field is not required.
