As a Sales Engineer for Tetra Pak, you will be responsible for processing capital equipment.  This is a sales position that will manage existing and potential customers with a focus to increase sales in the categories of dairy, beverage, ice cream, cheese and prepared food.

Responsibilities:

  • Realization forecast sales of processing capital equipment
  • Preparing commercial proposals, review, follow-up and support to secure orders
  • Provide feedback concerning sales opportunities. 
  • Update CRM tool with changes to opportunities, contacts and installed equipment.
  • Reporting - development of business plans, generate monthly report to evaluate current business, participation in sales meetings 

Qualifications:

  • You have finished recently or are about to finish this year your higher education in Mechanical or Food Engineering Experience in food industry is an advantage
  • Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration and networking skills
  • Technical insight, structure and good communication skills required
  • Positive and flexible attitude and sales-minded. Technical background that enables you to identify the market sales potential.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Having a driving license
  • No military service obligation for male candidates.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish is a must.
  • The position will be based in Istanbul.

The start date of the position is 01 September 2019.
