Field Service Engineer

Professional Skills & Experience:

• Vocational School degree (preferably in Mechanics, Electronics-Electrical, or Mechatronics) OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Electronical-Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering)
• 4-5 years of experience in Maintenance 
• PLC knowledge
• Good command of English language
• Fluent in Turkish
• Resident in Bursa
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• An active driving license (Type B)
• No restrictions for travelling- THIS POSITION REQUIRES INTENSIVE TRAVELLING: DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL( 2-3 WEEKS PER MONTH)
• EXPERIENCE WITH PROCESSING EQUIPMENT IS AN ASSET

İŞ TANIMI

The qualified candidates will be responsible for delivering technical products and supporting customers by providing, commissioning preventative maintenance and troubleshooting services.

• Fulfill Preventive Maintenance Agreements
• Provide commissioning, preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting services on Tetra Pak Packaging Equipment as well as conduct training for customer personnel 
• Deliver service products and support to our customers to maximize their system performance 
• Interface with customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship as well as follow-up with customers concerns and problems 
• Maintain and administer customer files and perform reporting for Technical Service Department
• Manage expenses in the most efficient way as per budget and customer requirements 
• Perform other job related duties as assigned
