QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Experience in technical sales & customer support but not essential.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English and Turkish to communicate effectively with management and customers.
• Demonstrate high level of analytical ability with proficient knowledge of MS Office packages.
• Willing to accept change & ability to manage priorities to achieve performance goals under strict deadlines
• Self-starter and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a Global team.
• Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for domestic and international traveling.
• Completion of military service for male candidates.

Position Overview:

The main purpose of this role is to work as part of the Global parts team to promote and to support Terex Minerals Processing Systems (MPS) Spare Parts and Development. The post holder will be expected to spend time both in the field and office based.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure dealers understand spare parts support processes & technical support.
• Assist dealers in calculating potential spare parts market.
• Find new customer and market, Help implement sales strategy for covered regions.
• Manage Dealer Order profile, back-order issues & control trade documentation.
• Coordinate with Technical Support and Original Equipment Sales to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain sales record and ensure reports and feedback to management.
• Provide a monthly management report listing visits and risks/opportunities.
• Effectively promote parts programs to drive global awareness to our dealers.
• Achieve parts sales targets set by the management in the region and grow sales network.
• Following up all export/import market rules, regulations to mitigate all possible risks.
• To give an response to the inquiries from Turkey and other countries within the shortest time.
• Provide the necessary and timely commitments to ensure company success.
