NetDevOps ( Network Automation ) Engineer

Telcoset , established in 2003, is the leading integrator company in Turkish market. Telcoset has entensive design, commissioning and operations experience and expertise on Networking equipment, Wireless systems, Messaging systems, Management systems and Data Center infrastructure.

 Telcoset is looking for "NetDevOps - (Network Automation) Engineers"
 

Three required skills for this role at the minimum are,

1) IP Networking domain knowhow ,

2) Automation Skills ,

3) Unix knowledge

and of course willingness to shift your carrier to become an Network Automation engineer. 

What You Will Do : As a Network Automation engineer , you will be part of the team who is delivering 2 types of projects. Either , programming and integration of an Automation tool from a well known brand like Cisco ( NSO - network services orchestrator ); or you will be programming OpenSource automation projects for Service Provider and Enterprise customer networks.

Required Skills

IP Networking skills :

·         Service Provider Networking technologies including IGP protocols , IPMPLS , L2/L3vpn, BGP, QoS.

·         Enterprise Networking technologies including, Network topologies for WAN, Security and LB configs,

·         Good to know as a plus; SDN concepts like VXLAN-Overlay Networking and Cisco ACI, SD-WAN

Automation skills :

·         Core Python programming ( or any other programming language)

·         Basic Networking Libraries for known programming Language (ie. Netmiko)

·         Practical working knowledge for Unix/Linux, proxy-ing, SSH, linux networking

·         Good to know as a plus ; YAML/JSON , XML, Jinja2, Advanced Libraries for programming language ( TextFSM, CiscoConfParse, PyATS, Pytest, SQL DB libraries ), Arista eAPI, Cisco NX-IP, NETCONF/YANG, REST API-postman, scripting experience, SQL DB, Ansible

Service Provider and Exterprise Infrstructure Evolution ( good to know as a plus) :

·         Containers (dockers), Kubernetes. Networking infrastructure and integration to them,

·         VMWare and/or OpenStack Networking ( NSX, Netron)

NetDevOps ( good to know as a plus) :

·         CI/CD Pipeline

·         Source Code Repo (like Git), CI/CD tools (like Jenkins), Configuration management tools (like Ansible, NSO), Network testing tools (like PyATS, Robot), Telemetry&Monitoring like (ELK, Grafana), Development Environments for Networking like GNS3, Eve-NG, Vagrant, VIRL, Netsim

Other Required Skills :

·         Willingness for self learning new technologies

·         Good communication & negotiations skills

·         Experience in Networking Equipment commissioning, integration, configuration and/or operation

·         Delivering results & meeting customer expectations

·         Understanding of Telecom networks and/or Enterprise networks

·         English : Be able to follow technical documents and resources. Be able to communicate verbally and in written with Customers and Partners.

·         Education : BSc degree ( engineering not mandatory )
