Your responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration-related projects.         
• Work with project managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders to ensure that integration needs are being met.         
• Develop and maintain integration plans, including mapping out data flows and dependencies.
• Design and implement processes and tools to automate data transfers and improve efficiency.
• Monitor data quality and integrity issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.         
• Write and maintain documentation on integration procedures and standards.                 
• Train new staff on integration processes and tools.         
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, research and evaluate new integration technologies and approaches.         
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
• Manage projects related to integration initiatives.         
• Coordinate with IT staff on technical implementation details.

What we expect:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.             
• 8+ years experience in software development, integration, or a related role.            
• Expertise in integration platforms and Middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, Software AG, WSO2, etc.).
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and/or big data projects.            
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.            
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)            
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.            
• Solid understanding of software integration principles, protocols, and patterns.            
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and SOAP Webservices.            
• Knowledge of security, monitoring and alerting requirements for applicaiton integration processes.             
• Experience with message queues/Streaming Platforms, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka.
