Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the functional and technical conception in the environment of SAP Customer Activity Repository: POS Integration / Sales Audit; Omnichannel Price Management.
• Design End to end processes with integration of S4HANA SD and MM modules with other modules and related applications (eWaybill etc.) (especially in Retail Industry).
• Supporting the business departments with regard to their requirements for IT solutions.
• Control and testing of software implementation as well as handover to business department.
• Customizing of smaller adjustments within SAP S4HANA Logistics and Retail.
• Optimization of new and existing systems and processes.
• Management of IT projects in the SAP S4HANA Logistics and Retail context.
• Providing necessary coordination with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of operation in line with the needs of the departments.
• Support the production with the best fit technical solutions in all projects throughout the company.
• Managing SLA about delivery of services and solving operational issues in SLA limits.
• Reporting and escalate to management as needed.
• Managing budget, contract and outsource resources.

What we expect:

• BSc or MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Information Systems Engineering or related discipline,
• At least 3 years of experience business analysis, project & process management including end user and operation support for IT -Software Solutions,
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP S4HANA MM and SD modules and at least 2 years of experience in SAP CAR and IS Retail modules,
• It is preferred to have been involved in at least 1 SAP project from the beginning to the end of the project.
• Experienced in analysis, functional design, testing in Business Applications projects,
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Release Management),
• Strong analytical skills, planning skills and problem-solving abilities,
• Team player with high-level of reliability, integrity, and collaboration as well as a high degree of self-organization, personal drive and flexibility,
• Ability to understand and find appropriate solutions for issues,
• Capability to work with strict deadlines,
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
