QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for below position in our Plant located in Cerkezkoy:
Production Chief:
Qualifications:
BSc Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Good ability to read Technical Drawing, MS Office applications
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Good communication & influencing skills
- Fluent English
- French or Spanish as a 2nd language is a plus
- At least 5 years of production experience preferably Assembly
- TPM experience and knowledge is a must
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Experience of ERP is a must
- Project Management Skills
Job Description :
- Coordination of production activities in the department - To create , update and follow up all product specs - To coordinate product development with Product Enginnering and HMY Group - To monitor performance and take necessary measure to eliminate losses - To manage components inventory - To support continuous improvement activities in the department - To create quality control system and increase the quality in the department -Attention to Health&Safety issues, to develop Kaizens to avoid work accidents. -Implement Lean Actions to the workshop
