General Features;

-       Associate or Undergraduate Degree,

-        Has advanced level of English,

-        Successful in team work and Human Relations,

-        Patient, eager and able to communicate effectively,

-        Having strong written and verbal communication skills,

-        Knowledgeable in Human Resources, Personnel Affairs and Payrolling,

-        Knowledgeable about the Labor Law, SGK and İŞKUR applications,

-        Having sufficient knowledge and experience on Occupational Health and Safety Issues,

-        Has the ability to plan and organize,

-        Knowledgeable about MS Office programs,

-        Written and verbal communication, presentation, reporting, organization, planning and follow-up competencies are improved,

-        Ability to make international reports monthly,

-        Will be able to communicate with foreign personnel,

Job Description;

-        Payroll control of staff, making monthly salary calculations and arranging payrolls,

-        Compensation and personal transactions are carried out in accordance with the legislation,

-        Ensuring the control and follow-up of the personnel's compliance with the labor contracts and regulations, instructions and procedures,

-        Ensuring that personnel entry-exit processes are carried out in accordance with the law and healthily,

-        Creating annual leave plans and following the leaves,

-        Execution of legal processes within the scope of personnel affairs,

-        Preparation of documents such as minutes, warning, defense,

-        Regularly monitoring and updating monthly HR reports,

-        Making necessary correspondences and meetings with abroad,

-        Making necessary arrangements of Expat staff in Turkey,

-        Planning of weekly staff shifts, organization of food and service,
