Bachelor degree from Mechanical, Automotive, Aircraft, Manufacturing or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Departments

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Capability to design articles by using  at least one of the following programs: Solidworks or Siemens NX is a must

Strong analytical skills; and has problem solving skills

Knowledge of CAE tools preferably  MSC Platform. (Marc Mentat)is an asset.

Skills of part/ mold design  by using Moldflow is an asset.

GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) ability is a must.

No travel and visa restrictions

Have a driving license

Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli

Excellent communication skills

Able to represent our company

Preferably;

2-3 years of experience on plastic products such as design, product development in the automotive industry

Participated product development tasks with OEMs

Knowledge about IATF 16949, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, DoE

About the job;

• To follow and research new technologies, materials, production methods, production processes, test and analysis methods, standards, and specifications related to plastic pipes, couplings, fittings etc. in the automotive industry,
• Carrying out product development activities in accordance with customer expectations,
• Conduct DFMEA works and support other FMEA operations,
• Pursue the implementation process of existed and new projects,
• Organizing prototype experiments, actualize those experiments, reporting the results of those experiments,
• To follow the results of the tests carried out in the company and in the customers until the developed products become industrial, and provide necessary information to the related departments,
• To save the development studies and results of these and to announce to these to relevant units
• To deliver the necessary information and documentation for the mold, apparatus, workbench, production plan work and capacity planning before the industrialization of the new product to the relevant units
