QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

| Teka Puro is a leading cigar, cigarillo, pipe, fine cut and water pipe tobacco company in Turkey is looking for Marketing Manager direct reports to board of directors. |
| Our company owns Rocks, Marmara, Punta Cana, Crashh brands and has a production, distribution license for Cafe Creme and Captain Black brands. |
| A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below: |
| Skills and Qualifications: |
| * Min 5 years in marketing and product / brand management in the FMCG sector, |
| * Excellent command in English (Knowledge of second language is a plus) |
| * Strong analytical and conceptual skills |
| * Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines; detail-oriented |
| * No military obligation for male candidates |
| * Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others |
| * Strong creative outlook. |
| * Confident, driven and dynamic leader |
| * Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities |
| Job Description: |
| * Development and implementation of the Brand strategy |
| * Creating a consistent and strong brand culture |
| * Developing the global and local marketing strategy for new and existing products |
| * Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. |
| * Working closely with the company’s Sales and Export team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations |
| * Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team. |
| * Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team. |
| * Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs. |
| * Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition. |
| * Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation |
| * Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends |
