Techno Steel Processing Turkey (TSPT) is a new investment of Toyota Tsusho Corporation which makes steel processing and sells its products for non automotive industry.

We are looking for a 'Production Team Leader' who has below responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduation from Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering faculty of the university
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Metal production and/or Steel processing
- Fluent English skill both written and verbaly
- Residence or willing to reside in Bursa
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Following production results by preparing/checking daily & monthly reports
- Grasping production machine condition and take necessary actions
- Making feasibility study for new improvements or investments (time analysis, capasity calculations, lay-out studies..)
- Planning/Following training of team members for total operational skillness development in production
- Handling Kaizen and/or TQM implementations for safety, quality & productivity problems by studying/implementing proper methods in the production
- Controlling of Production consumable items and improvements for cost saving
- Studying and making preparation regarding new projects (new set-up sheets, lay-out condition, processing possibilities, pallet/pin quantities, consumable items, ..etc)
