Techno Steel Processing Turkey (TSPT) is a new investment of Toyota Tsusho Corporation which makes steel processing and sells its products for non automotive industry. We are looking for an "Accounting & Finance Specialist" who will be able to demonstrate great eagerness to work in a challenging environment with below qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration departments,

• Good command of written and spoken English,

• Familiarity with Free Trade Zone legislations, steel service center operations, distribution and power transformer industry is a plus,

• Good command of MS Office Applications especially Excel,

• At least  2-3 years’ experience on Logo Tiger 3
  

• Self motivated, analytical, strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic production/sales environment,

• Detailed approach for accurate reporting,

• Team work with intercultural sensitivity,

• Open and positive mindset against difficult and complicated situations,

• Excellent job follow up attitude,

• Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for travelling,

• No military obligation for male candidates,

• Resident or willing to live in Bursa.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Keeping accounting records in accordance with Turkish GAAP, Company Policies and IFRS,

• Analyzing revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis,

• Making reconciliations with customers, suppliers and banks,

• Preparing weekly supplier payment plan,

• The arrangement of short and long term bank loans,

• Performing with administration team to close monthly books in a timely manner,

• Preparing statutory declarations (Ba-Bs, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, etc.)

• Preparing BS & P&L, Income Statements and Cash Flow,

• Supporting invoicing,

• Participating in e-invoice and e-book process,

• Supporting general affairs (Transportation, purchasing, etc.),

• Supporting purchase of office supply, corresponding and documentation within budget,

• Supporting deal with work and residence permits of expats,

• Collaborating with Accounting - Finance, Genaral Affairs, Human Resources and IT Members,

• Supporting of following BUSEB procedures and general affairs,

• Supporting for all required reporting and accounting & finance issues,

• Supporting for all required administration issues,

• To behave with cost reduction, kaizen and 5S mind in every operation.
