QUALIFICATIONS

• Top university degree with good academic record.
• Having a total experience of 6-8 years in process design, operational efficiency, business development, project design and consultancy management.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytic, strategic and solution oriented thinking skills.
• Prone to collaboration and teamwork with having planning and organization skills.
• High communication skills and ethical values.
• Excellent command of MS Office programmes and Microsoft Visio knowledge.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• No travel restriction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conceptualize the new business opportunities projects determined by the top management of the Company and to make the project presentation collaborating with related departments.
• Evaluate the current status of business processes, determine the project requirements by performing process analysis and develop business processes in line with the Company objectives and policies with cost consciousness and increasing productivity. In this way, to ensure that processes run more efficient and lean. • Lead, monitor and report process development and improvement projects with ensuring coordination between departments.
• Prepare process maps, project plans, workflow charts, process documents with policies and procedures. Check the compliance of business operations with Company procedures and standards.
• Implement the issues that need to be improved for the existing and/or newly developed processes, working in coordination with IT department.
• Determine the process performance indicators and establish the platform in order to follow up and evaluate the performance.
• Follow up the best practices and ensure the implementation in the Company processes.
• Ensure the implementation and integration of the business processes in international operations.
• Carry out the Turquality project.
