Purpose of the Job

-       Following the sales activities in daily bases.

-       Coordinating sales activities within Commercial Department in line with production, finance,  logistics and purchasing departments

-       Following the commitments which given to Customers

-       Monitore the Monthly sales targets in line with the commercial activities.

-       Have a regular customer visits with the Sales Managers.

Accountabilities / Main responsibilities / Task

-       Preparing sales documents such as offers, contracts, order progress, reports, preform invoices, etc and following them up within commercial department

-       Placing the orders into the system, coordinating the production and other relevant departments.

-       Informing customer about order progress

-       Despatching materials in coordination with customer, finance department and logistics department

-       Coordinating the customer claims within the company

-       Preparing periodic reports for relevant departments.

-       Following the sales targets in customer based and mainly focus on to hit them.

-       Have a regular customer visits with the Sales Managers.

-       To work compliance with TATA Health & Safety 15 principles and ISO 9001,14001 OHSAS 18001 management systems

-      Reports to Sales Manager

Required Specific Skills

-       English language, fluent in speaking and writing

-       Experienced in MS Office and mainly in MS Excel

-       Familiar with Logo ERP ( Prefence )

-       Min bachelor’s degree

-       1-2 years business experience preferred. 

-       Advanced communication skills

-       Team worker

-       Driving Licence (B)

-       Preferably resident in Adapazari or Izmit region
