Logistics Responsible (TURKISH OFFICE / ISTANBUL)
We are currently looking for a good Operations all-rounder to be responsible for the daily operations in both Imports/Exports & Order Handling in our office in Atasehir / Istanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience 1 or 2 years in import/export plus Logistics knowledge,
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced in MS Office (Word, Excel) applications,
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Self-Motivated, Quick Learner, Eager for team work, solution oriented
- Preferably residing at Anatolian Side of Istanbul
- No military obligation for male candidates,
İŞ TANIMI
JOB DESCRIPTION- Follow up and organize the orders to the suppliers.
- Follow up import regulation changes and take actions duly and accordingly.
- Managing, following and completing all data, bookings, documents and operations for deliveries, pick ups, international shipments, import/export, customs clearance
- Managing all relations and communications with customs broker
- Organizing the information flow with the seller of the product, shipping agent, land transportation agent, banks, ports, customs, customs broker, service provider firms and inspection companies.
- Prepares and provides the necessary monthly & weekly reports in his/her area of responsibility
- Participate in inhouse projects when necessary
Preferred Candidate
1 - 2 years of experience
