QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial leadership role.

Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

CPA, MBA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.

Advanced level of English language skills required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations on the financial implications of strategic decisions to the General Manager and Board of Directors.

Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Lead the budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to set financial goals and objectives.

Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results.

Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasting models.

Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Monitor market trends and economic indicators to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.

Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring sufficient funds for operations.

Implement effective treasury and cash management practices.

Oversee financial operations including accounting, tax, and audit functions.

Implement and maintain robust internal controls to protect company assets.

Evaluate and optimize the company’s capital structure.

Research and secure financing options to support strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with the executive team to contribute financial expertise to the strategic decision-making process.
