Supplier Quality Assurance Sr. Engineer

We are looking for 'Supplier Quality Assurance Sr. Engineer'  for our  Turkey Plant, will take a role in supply chain department with the qualifications below;

• Graduated from related engineering department, especially in Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgy or Automotive Engineering
• Minimum 3 years years experience preferably from Tractor OEM/Automotive OEM/ Automotive Tier1 companies
  
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• No military obligation for male candidates
• No restriction to travel
• Valid driving license and being active driver
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Good team player, self-diciplined, result-oriented with planing and organization skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills for supplier
• Living or willing to relocate Manisa / İzmir (shuttle is available Bornova to Karşıyaka route)

Job Decription  and Technical Qualifications

• Basic Foundry Process Knowledge of heavy castings
• Basic knowledge on patterns and core box
• Practical knowledge on Surface finish
• Casting Marking and Inspection skills
• Casting defects identification, analysis and process correction
• Exposure to Sealer application process
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication process
• Proprietary parts design , testing and validation knowledge and exposure
• Knowledge on Special process like Metallurgy and welding
• Knowledge on gear development and rubber parts development
• Inspection skills and familiarization with instruments
• Basic Metallurgy knowledge
• Parts Development Experience thro ‘PPAP process (Proprietary Parts – Supplier designed parts)
• Exposure to fit and finish aspects
