Job Definition

Managing foreign trade processes.

Managing warehouse forwarding processes.

Handling import and export transactions.

Preparing transportation documents based on the contract terms and conditions.

Interacting with the customs broker on the customs clearance of cargoes incoming and outgoing shipments.

Reporting all activities directly to the manager.

Generating new contacts in related regions.

Qualifications

We are looking for a  Foreign Trade Specialist with the following qualifications:

University degree in departments of Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.

Minimum 5 years experience of purchasing, supply chain management, subcontractor management and foreign trade.

At least 2 years experience in sales and marketing preferred.

Fluency Russian language is a must.

Very good knowledge of import/export regulations.

Experienced for financial knowledge and prepared budgets, L/C payment, banking and device & material operational costs.

Strong teamwork, and communicational skills.

Ability to travel and work internationally.

High sense of responsibility.

Driving License: B

Proficiency in Microsoft, MS Office, E-mail and others.

Ability to develop and implement business strategies, new markets and customers.

Military service must be completed.
