TAB Food Industry and Trade. Inc. It was established in 1994 and opened its first BURGER KING restaurant in Istanbul in 1995. Today, TAB Gıda is the leader in the sector with the number of restaurants and customer volume it has opened. TAB Gıda is increasing its effectiveness day by day with the brands Sbarro, Popeyes, Arby's, Subway, which it incorporated after Burger King, and the Usta Dönerci and Usta Pideci brands it created.

We are looking for a "Training and Brand Standards Manager" with the following qualifications to be employed in the Training Department of our company.

Job Description

• Analyzing the training needs of the operation and head office units, planning and managing the process,
• Managing the opearational brand audits,
• Managing international processes for global brands,
• Providing the work planning of the team in charge during the year and making the necessary follow-ups,
• KPI process follow-up,
• Measuring the trainings and taking part in the reporting stages,
• Managing all processes related to brand standards,

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Training and Brand Standards management,
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a master's degree,
• Will be able to create and develop product and brand strategies,
• Well-versed in training measurement and evaluation methods,
• Experienced in creating training materials/programs,
• Having the ability to plan, organize, coordinate and work,
• Being able to think analytically and manage a team,
• Strong communication and presentation skills,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
• Well-versed in e-learning processes,
• Preferably with food safety and/or coaching certificate,
• No travel restrictions,
• Very good command of written and spoken English,
• Residing or able to reside in Istanbul.
