We are currently expanding and are seeking experienced professionals with initiative and drive to join our team as "Application Specialist" in İstanbul.
Requirements:
- A Diploma / Degree in Medical Technology / Medical Science or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Medical devices industry
- Must have very strong hands-on knowledge and experience
- Competence in interactive communication, problem solving and decision making
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate complex technical/clinical content in an easy to understand manner
- Good and fluent in both written and oral communication skills including presentation skills
- Conduct with professionalism with strong interpersonal skills in thoughts, words and actions
- Strong customer orientation with ability to handle customer issues and demonstrate the ability to verbally describe in a logical manner
- Positive working attitude with a sense of urgency and result oriented
- Able to work independently as well as an effective team player
Job Description:
- Involve in the development and co-management of Sysmex products as well as support the Sales and Marketing team in achieving their sales / marketing targets and including the following duties
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting and training to existing and potential users of Sysmex products as well as personnel from distribution channels in the region
- Work closely with corporate team and distributors to expand business prospects
- Keep abreast and strengthen the technical / product knowledge relating to product information, specification, modification of existing / new products, upgrading or extending existing /new products to explain clearly and support customers
- Conduct application and theoretical training for the representatives of distributors
- Initiate the development of customer training tools, including relevant application tools
- Provide end-user training and strengthen the product knowledge of distributors
- Provide excellent service on product and application troubleshooting
- Maintain regular communication and continuous contact with all subsidiaries and distributors
- Provide monthly activity reports for proper follow-up implementation and outcome actions
