Chief Financial Officer

Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage the Company budgeting process, cash flow and capital requests. 

• Develop financial performance measures, reporting and monitoring systems that support the Company's strategic direction. 

• Oversee and maintain all banking relationships. Manage bonds, borrowing/loans ,all kind of debts and the investment process. 

• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team, including project contracting and budgeting processes. 

• Oversee the issuance of timely and accurate monthly project and company budgets, financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and all requested financial reports. 

• Report financial results to executive management and board periodically. 

• Develop, monitor and ensure compliance with external and internal controls and auditing procedures. 

• Follow the legal disputes of the company and carry out relations with lawyers and related parties when necessary. 

Skills/Requirements:

Must 

• Younger than 42. 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or a related field. 

• Ability at an advanced level of oral and written communication in English language. 

• A minimum of 10 years of finance & accounting experience, including a progressive increase in responsibility. 

• A minimum of 3 years experience in managing employees. 

• Excellent financial reporting skills and robust familiarity with general accounting processes. 

• Excellent understanding of GAAP and experience with reporting according to IFRS. 

• Strong technical skills in Excel and experience with necessary accounting and ERP softwares. 

• High integrity and ethical character. 

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines. 

• Ability to work weekends and after regular business hours as needed.

• No obstacle to travel other countries and able to stay there long term.

Preferred: 

• Prior experience in construction industry . 

• Prior experience in abroad, preferably in one of EU countries. 

• Prior experience with SAP . 

• Master’s degree in accounting, business administration or a related field. 

• Designation of CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
