Director Of Sales

• University degree in related fields
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in Sales (preferably in an international hotel chain, with a functional management system) as well as Yield Management
• Deep knowledge about resort & spa sales modelling an international reservation systems
• Broad experience of preparing sales & marketing plans and annual budget
• Excellent command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and have strong cultural adaptability and flexibility
• No military obligation for male candidates

• Development and implementation of Sales strategies  in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic direction
• Directing,  developing  and  controlling  all  Sales activities;
• The preparation of departmental budget,
• Setting department objectives and mentoring the team to achieve them
• Providing periodic reports to the Group Management Team and the Board
• Managing his/her own portfolio
