Minimum 3 years of Opera proficiency
Minimum 2 years of luxury hotel experience at a reputable brand
Excelled at Micros (for Night Receptionist)
University/College degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish & English
Knowledge of Opera and Ms Office Programmes
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Presentable team player with good communication skills
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times
Ability to understand and work in a multi-cultural environment

İŞ TANIMI

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Performing check-in, check-out and room change procedures and ensure all data are accurately entered into the hotel system
Ensuring that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures
Maintaining exemplary department standards of behavior, appearance and attitude
Ensuring front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times
