• Greets all guests coming in to the hotel and helps them for their direction
• Escorts all individuals who needs direction in the hotel
• Is present in the lobby during any functions and events organized by hotel
• Escorts guests to their rooms with or without luggage and gives basic information about the room  and facilities if necessary
• Keeps herself fully informed of hotel facilities, services, events and promotions.
• Makes paging service for the guests in the Lobby if needed
• Reports any unusual events to the concierge and Security
• Provides general information to the guests
• Watches cleanliness and tidiness of the Lobby area, informs HK and/or Engineering for requirements of  cleaning or maintenance
