· 4+ years digital marketing and E-commerce experience, with demonstrable experience in leading and managing digital media, SEO/SEM, email and/or display advertising campaigns and driving tangible business results. Deep knowledge of digital marketing, advertising and integrated marketing communications, including strategy, creative and media.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, but also highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that lead acquisiton, retention and/or engagement.
· Experience in Customer Experience Management (CXM) to devise Customer RFM segments, create segmented campaigns and campaign performance, in collaboration with Digital Marketing Agency.
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
· Competency in managing digital marketing budget - across multiple campaigns.
· Proven analytical acumen and strong results orientation.
· Adaptive, creative and energetic with Collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities:
· Creating, defining and implementing the digital strategy and online communication plan of the brand.
· Track and monitor the performance of digital ads, Email and On-site Marketing tools through Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
· Manage Digital Marketing Agency to take actions to increase the digital marketing ROI.
· Actively track performance of the brand web site to improve conversion rates, basket bounce rates by category /sub-category.
· Design Omnichannel Customer Experience Journey in accordance with Customer RFM segments, create acquisition and retention campaigns and measure ROI, LTV, campaign performance, in collaboration with Digital Marketing Agency.
· Oversee all e-commerce presence of the brand, both in own digital assets and Marketplace integrations, in terms of UX, performance and content.
· Set campaign KPIs, establishing test-and-learn programs, overseeing activation budgets, and driving agency relationships and evaluate their performance.
· The position has 1 direct report, E-commerce Operations Specialist, and reports to Marketing Director.
