Surgery TR is a private limited company registered in Turkey who offers affordable and quality private medical procedures by specialist doctors at internationally certified healthcare providers in Turkey. 

 

Surgery TR’s network of private clinics are based in Istanbul, Izmir focusing on Cosmetic Surgery, Hair Transplant and Dental Treatment.

 

Medical Travel Specialist?

Surgery TR is looking for a Medical Travel Specialist to be based in Izmir. The role will include but not be limited to the following: 

 

Main responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries on email, via call center, instant messaging or online chat

• Provide information on medical treatments, partner healthcare providers and doctors 

• Quote prices on medical travel packages

• Arrange phone/video consultation appointments with doctors and assist patients with the translation during consultations

• Contribute to expanding partner healthcare provider network in Turkey

• Arrange flights, accommodation and transfers for patients coming to Turkey from abroad

• Issue detailed itineraries including patients’ treatment programmes and logistics in Turkey

• Respond to after care inquiries of patients in coordination with their doctors

• Expand partner clinic network in Turkey by searching for and meeting new doctors regularly, on boarding new clinics according to company policy

 

What we require:

Fluency in formal written and spoken English

• Preferably graduated from the Faculty of Tourism

• Excellent command of MS Office programs such as MS Excel, Word and Google Apps for Business

• Experience in a related sector will be an asset

• Organizational skills, multi tasking expertise, interpersonal skills, communication skills
