QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Dikey Vitamin Kozmetik ve Gıda Takviyeleri Paz A.Ş is the largest player in vitamin, mineral, sports nutrition and functional foods segments with e-commerce, retail operations, production and import operations.

The company's business inludes:

  • Supplementler.com, Vitaminler.com and Fitmoda.com e-commerce sites and stores spread throughout Turkey,
  • Brands including Nature’s Supreme, Supplementler Nutrition Company, One Up and Muscle Cloth,
  • Distribution of various imported brands which gained consumer attraction in the market.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economy or similar field,
  • Min 4-8 years of solid Marketing experience with a proven track record of success in both brand building and brand development areas in FMCG, Pharma or Retail sector,
  • Detail orientation and high level of analysis capability,
  • Result oriented, strategic and creative,
  • Skilled in planning, follow-up and organization,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office application,


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify and prioritize product groups/categories that will contribute to sales expectations,
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders,
  • Contribute to the overall brand development strategy starting from R&D processes
  • Perform cost analysis and benchmarking activities,
  • Play a key role in buying, sourcing and manufacturing processes related with the brand,
  • Manage the strategic planning process based on consumer insights to enhance current portfolio by identifying optimal go-to-market strategies and improve communication with consumers,
  • Establish performance, cost and price parameters, marketing tactics and sales forecasts,
  • Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand/s up to date,
  • Work closely with all related stakeholders in the organization to ensure realization of aligned commercial goals,
  • Execute the brand plan,
  • Carry out the reporting of all related KPIs to senior management.
